Sessions will develop the participant's strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, speed, and timing for the purpose of increasing mobility and the ability to engage in activities of daily living and recreational pursuits.

The program will be six weeks long. It will train a total of eight athletes with limb loss, SCI/D, and neuromuscular disorders. Each athlete will be be paired with a personal trainer and assistant. The program will be held twice a week for two hours per session.

More details will be provided as the plans are developed.
