Adaptive Collaborative Podcast

Co-created & Co-hosted by Melissa DeChellis (Founder & Director) of Adaptively Abled Amputees (AAA) & Adaptively Abled Fitness (AAF) & James Norris (Founder) of Handi Capable Fitness (HCF), the Adaptive Collaborative podcast aims to connect the adaptive community and foster collaborations within it. Join Adaptive Collaborative as we interview adaptive athletes, organizations, and leaders in the adaptive community. Grab your chair or mat and join us for a gentle chair yoga and guided meditation practice with one of Boston’s top yoga instructor’s and Lululemon Ambassador Lloyd Hawthorn of Lloyd Hawthorn Yoga. All ability levels are welcome, and all moves will be adapted to your specific needs. Take a lunchtime break and join us for some end of the week self-care!
