Adaptive Collaborative Podcast

Co-created & Co-hosted by Melissa DeChellis (Founder & Director) of Adaptively Abled Amputees (AAA) & Adaptively Abled Fitness (AAF) & James Norris (Founder) of Handi Capable Fitness (HCF), the Adaptive Collaborative podcast aims to connect the adaptive community and foster collaborations within it. Join Adaptive Collaborative as we interview adaptive athletes, organizations, and leaders in the adaptive community. We released the first 12 episodes in season 1 and you can listen to it on your favorite podcast channel (see available channels at and you can view previously recorded episodes on our You Tube channel ( We are currently recording season 2 which will release in December 2020.

Virtual Inclusive Chair Yoga & Meditation with Lloyd Hawthorn

Grab your chair or mat and join us for a gentle chair yoga and guided meditation practice with one of Boston’s top yoga instructor’s and Lululemon Ambassador Lloyd Hawthorn of Lloyd Hawthorn Yoga. All ability levels are welcome, and all moves will be adapted to your specific needs. Take a lunchtime break and join us for some end of the week self-care!

Come join your tribe a discuss a monthly motivational read highlighting the stories of members of the adaptive community. This group will be led by tribe member and Adaptively Abled Fitness Coach Matt Latter. Come to our first book club Wednesday, November 4 from 8-9 PM EST with suggestions for monthly books from your favorite authors.
